Once again, the diet is on!
5 points of YUM!
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tillamoo colby (grated)
1 green onion
4 cherry tomatoes
1 slice extra thin deli ham (and I do mean THIN!)
1/2 c mushroom
1 thinwich wheat
1 tsp butter
sauteed the mushrooms and added the rest of the veggies and ham. dumped that on to a dish. Added eggbeaters until cooked. topped with veggie mix and topped with cheese. Toasted the thinwich. Enjoyed with a tall glass of water.

I'm on line. No meetings for me.
Heck yeah! I'm proud of you sis. Dan and I are on program again. You've inspired us! Other then the wheat... we'll try the recipe. Need to get vegetables in the morning as much as possible.
